These terms explain how this presentation website may be used. They do not replace a written quotation, scope of work or signed service agreement for a project. Project-specific commercial terms are agreed separately with the client.

2. What this website does
This website presents Elevation Digital's architecture, design, project management, fit-out, refurbishment, M&E, furniture supply and interactive-systems capabilities. The contact form sends an enquiry; it does not itself create a contract, place an order or confirm a price.
3. Enquiries, proposals and contracts
Information on this website is general and may change. A project becomes binding only through a written quotation, statement of work, purchase order or other contract accepted by the parties. Scope, programme, fees, taxes, deliverables, approvals, variations, payment terms and responsibilities will be set out in the applicable project documents.
4. Contact form
Please provide accurate information and only information needed for your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or confidential information that is not necessary at this stage. Personal data submitted through the form is handled under our Privacy & cookie policy.
5. Intellectual property and project imagery
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Elevation Digital and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission. Project names, photographs and other materials may belong to clients, partners or other rights holders; their inclusion is for portfolio presentation and does not transfer any rights.
6. Availability and external links
We use reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every page, image or external link will always be available. Links to external websites are provided for information and are governed by those websites' own terms and policies.
7. Consumer information and complaints
If a consumer has a question or complaint about a service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Where applicable, consumers may use the competent alternative dispute resolution procedures described by the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

8. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by Romanian law. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights remain applicable. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, subject to any mandatory alternative or consumer dispute-resolution rules.
9. Updates
We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
